Tiffany Rupert

Tiffany is a certified nurse practitioner. She is the CEO and owner of Elevate IV Hydration & Aesthetics. Her healthcare experience spans over 14 years which includes work as a registered nurse in hospital medicine and as a nurse practitioner in outpatient care. She is a member of and has also received additional training from the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine. She has her ADN from the University of Rio Grande and MSN from Frontier Nursing University.

Santana Shirk

Santana is the  manager here at Elevate! She manages schedules, answers calls and oversees day to day operations. She has over 9 years of experience servicing clients' needs in the beauty industry.

Nicole Grigsby

Nicole is a Licensed Esthetician graduated from Aveda Institute in November of 2018, and has been a licensed esthetician since early 2019. She previously worked at Brick Haven for five years and has been part of the team at Elevate since September 2023. Nicole was in the top of her class, and even graduated early due to the extra work she was willing to put in. This is the same effort she puts into each and every service she performs here. Making her clients feel and look their best is Nicole’s top priority.
She currently provides a variety of services which include hydrafacials, facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting as well as eyelash lifts.

Cori Lewis

Cori Lewis, BSN, RN is a nurse injector certified by the AAFE. She has 14yrs of nursing experience in various specialities including acute care, med/Tele and oncology. Cori turned her own personal interest of aesthetics into a professional passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Cori’s attention to detail and personalized care for each client allows her to deliver confidence-boosting results. She specializes in Jeuveau, Dermal Fillers, and IV Vitamin Hydration.

Jessica Smith, NP-C

Jessica is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in critical care and advanced training in aesthetic and functional medicine. She began her nursing career in 2016, spending six years in high-acuity critical care, including serving in the COVID ICU in Nashville while earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2021. Since 2022, she has specialized in natural, refined aesthetic results through neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, and advanced laser treatments. Her approach blends clinical precision with aesthetic artistry, integrating whole-body wellness strategies to support skin health, hormonal balance, and long-term vitality — because true beauty is built on foundational health and subtle, intentional enhancement.

Tory

Tori is an esthetician at Elevate who has spent 10+ years in the industry, where she has honed her skills and built lasting connections with clients. She believes her true passion is helping people feel good from the inside out. Whether she’s guiding clients toward the right skincare routine, providing services that simplify their day-to-day routines, or creating a space where they can relax and recharge — that’s where she believes true beauty lies.

Tori is also passionate about education and personal growth, always seeking new ways to expand her knowledge and strengthen the relationships she builds with her clients.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her on the sidelines cheering on her two sons and husband. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with family and close friends. Tori looks forward to welcoming you to Elevate soon!
